Reservations can be made online, by phone or in person. Must be 18 years of age or older to make a reservation and be present at time of check-in.
A deposit by MasterCard or Visa must be given in order to guarantee the reservation. Checks or money orders must be received within 7 days of making reservation request and at least 30 days prior to arrival date in order to guarantee the reservation.
No personal checks accepted on arrival.
A reservation guarantee deposit will be equal to one half of the total charges and the balance is due upon arrival. Holiday periods require three night minimum stay. Reservations are taken for stays of two nights or more. Stays of one night and walk-ins are welcome on a first-come, first-serve basis and require payment in full. (no refunds) Cabins also require a $50.00 security deposit (by cash or credit card) upon arrival.
E-mail confirmations are sent upon receipt of deposit.
Reservations are guaranteed until 8:00 p.m. on the expected day of arrival. All guests must arrive by 8:00pm and check-in at the General Store to register. Otherwise the reservation will be canceled and subject to re-rental.
Campsite: Check-in time is between 1:00 and 8:00 p.m. Check-out is 11:00 a.m.Cabin & Yurt: Check-in time is between 3:00 and 8:00 p.m. Check-out is 11:00 a.m.
Cancellation Policy
Campsites: A $15 fee is assessed for each shortened, rescheduled or cancelled reservation.
Cancellations, rescheduled or shortened length of stays must be made at least 7 days in advance of the your arrival date in order to receive a refund.
Reservation deposit made will be forfeited with less than 7 days notice (no refund).
Cabins & Yurts: A $30 fee is assessed for each shortened, rescheduled or cancelled reservation.
Cancellations, rescheduled or shortened length of stays must be made at least 14 days in advance of the your arrival date in order to receive a refund.
Reservation deposit made will be forfeited with less than 14 days notice (no refund).
We don't charge extra for sunshine, and we can't give refunds due to bad weather. Check reports and cancel early if weather is an issue for you. No refunds for early departures.
